Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you want to forward mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
